How to open a support ticket

Support tickets are the fastest way to get help from our team.

  1. Go to Tickets and click Add ticket.
  2. Choose a ticket type and write a clear subject.
  3. Describe the issue and attach screenshots if helpful.
  4. Click Save.

You will get an email when we reply, and you can follow the conversation in the ticket.

    Business hours

    Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
    Sunday: Closed

    Need help outside business hours? Open a support ticket from the client portal and we will get back to you within one business day.
